Why did you start KidzEatz?
My family was tired of eating at the same three restaurants. We wanted to learn from other people's experiences.
Why is it just Fairfield County?
We have started in Fairfield County because we live here. The site has been launched based on what we think people want. Once we are comfortable with the format, we will consider other areas. If you are interested in being a KidzEatz regional manager, please e-mail us at rmrecruiting@kidzeatz.com. Please be sure to specify the region you would like to manage.
Do I have to pay to use KidzEatz?
No. Use of the site is free. Certain features do require free registration.
Do restaurants pay to be listed in KidzEatz?
NO. Editorial independence is an essential principle behind KidzEatz. We collect and publish the honest opinions of real people based on their experiences.
Why isn't my family's favorite restaurant here?
If you know another a good family restaurant, we'd LOVE to hear about it! Drop us a line at nominate@kidzeatz.com.
What are donations used for?
Donations are pooled for site development, maintenance and enhancements. We do not charge a registration fee. If we ever do charge a registration fee, your donation would be applied to registration. Any donation of $10 or more will get an advance copy of the book, upon publication.
When is the book coming out?
Late Summer or early Fall 2006. It will be available for purchase on the site, at local bookstores, and many other places.
